Purchase terms

Pivaya does not process payments through this pre-launch website today. These Purchase Terms will apply when we make Premium checkout available, together with the price and terms presented before you place an order.

The price, currency, any applicable taxes, and the total amount due will be shown clearly before you confirm a purchase. We will provide a purchase confirmation that you can save, as required by applicable law. If you buy through an app store or payment platform, its checkout and receipt may form part of that confirmation.

A Premium purchase is a single payment. It does not renew automatically and is not a subscription. It gives you access to the then-available Premium features while Pivaya continues to operate the applicable Premium service.

Premium access is not a lifetime, perpetual, or device-lifetime promise. Pivaya may change, remove, or discontinue features or the service. If a material change affects prepaid access, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable and comply with applicable law.

Pivaya does not offer a refund for a completed initial one-time Premium purchase solely because you changed your mind. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other remedy you may have under applicable law, or rights that apply through the payment platform you used.

Quebec consumers may have cancellation or refund rights in certain online-purchase circumstances, including where legally required information or a copy of the contract is not properly provided. If you believe you are entitled to a remedy, contact us first at support@pivaya.ca.

Where a purchase is made through Apple, Google, or another platform, that platform may process payment, provide the receipt, and apply its own rules. Your use of the platform is also subject to its terms and privacy policy.
