By using Pivaya, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Pivaya provides educational content, tools, scenarios, and product experiences intended to help people understand money. Pivaya is not a bank, broker, lender, accountant, or financial planner, and our content is not personalized financial, legal, tax, investment, or credit advice.

Consider your own circumstances and seek a qualified professional before making financial decisions. You are responsible for decisions you make based on information from Pivaya.

You must be the age of majority where you live to use Pivaya, or use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping any future account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Use Pivaya only for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access it without authorization, copy or resell our content, scrape the service, or use Pivaya in a way that harms other people or Pivaya.

Pivaya and its content, design, illustrations, trademarks, and software are owned by Pivaya or its licensors and protected by applicable law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while these terms apply. No other rights are granted.

We are building Pivaya and may update, improve, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or the service. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes when practicable. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If you make a Premium purchase, the Purchase Terms also apply. They explain the one-time purchase, access period, and refund policy.

We provide Pivaya on an "as available" basis and do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pivaya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, subject to any consumer protections that apply to you. Questions can be sent to support@pivaya.ca.
