When you join the early-access list, we collect your email address, the form source, the time of your signup, and a record that you gave consent to receive updates. The waitlist does not ask for bank credentials, government identification numbers, or payment-card details. We also record your selected language for future communications.

We use your email to manage the early-access list, send early-access and launch updates you requested, respond to you, and maintain a record of consent. We do not sell, rent, or share the waitlist for advertising.

We ask for your consent through an unchecked checkbox before adding you to the early-access list. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@pivaya.ca from the address you used to sign up. We will stop sending you marketing updates and remove you from the active waitlist. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place before you withdrew consent.

We use Vercel to host this website and Convex to store and process waitlist submissions. These providers process information on our behalf to operate and secure the service. Access is limited to people who need the information for these purposes, and we use reasonable safeguards. Depending on their infrastructure, information may be processed outside Quebec; we assess applicable privacy requirements and safeguards for such processing. The hosting provider may also process basic technical data, such as IP address, browser information, and request time, in service logs. The site stores your language choice in a preference cookie on your device. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to operate the pre-launch list, respond to requests, document consent, or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your waitlist information at any time by emailing support@pivaya.ca from the address you used to sign up. We may retain limited records where the law requires it or to document that we honoured your request. We may also disclose information where required by law.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. To make a request, email us from the address you used to sign up and include "Privacy request" in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.

If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. We aim to handle personal information in line with applicable Quebec and Canadian privacy laws.
